Michael Riggle – Partner
As a CPA, Michael has worked with both privately held and publicly traded companies. He has performed M&A services within a vast array of industries. He has expertise selling lower-middle market companies, but has also worked with SEC clients; many of which involved eight and nine figure deals. Michael is licensed in the State of Florida as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and received both his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Montevallo, where he graduated Cum Laude and Summa Cum Laude. In addition to his academics, he was a five-year member for the University of Montevallo men’s soccer team where he was inducted into the University of Montevallo Athletics Hall of Fame Class of 2018. Michael stays active in the community by coaching youth soccer and serving on the board of directors for several non-profit organizations.
